There are so many options to choose from. Greenhost was the first snipping tool I used but stopped using it when windows offered a free snipping tool. Later, I found that there are several free snipping tools available which are far better than windows snipping tool. Then I started using ScreenRec. It gave me many advantages over other such tools. The best thing about this tool is that it starts working by clicking a single button and gives you the best quality of snippets. It is the best snipping tool I ever used.

This can be done using Microsoft's Snipping Tool. Make sure that the Snipping Tool appears as an icon in your Toolbar. Show the video, but not in full screen mode, then click on the Pause button, then open the Snipping tool, frame the area you wish to capture, then save it. Your image will be saved in PNG format in the folder you specify.
The Snipping tool utility is available in a few of the Windows operating editions. These Windows editions are Home Premium, Ultimate, Professional and the Enterprise editions of Windows & operating system.

Try pressing the 'PrintScreen' key above the numeric keypad area on your keyboard. This may be linked to some bitmap software in your system. If this does not work then you will need to install some software. I find the Snagit tool very good and you can use it for free for 30 days (I will place the link below). There are also some free ware utilities that you can download and install (I will make a link to some of these too).
