If you search "Batman: The Animated Series" on Hulu, you will see the twenty episodes from first season, and upon clicking the episode, you will be redirected to the Kids' WB website, and you can watch those episodes on the website. The only problem with doing this is that it you can only watch those twenty episodes. Theoretically, you could probably find the entire series through torrents, but that is technically illegal.
The 1960s series theme (na na na na na na na na naaah ... BAT-MAN!) was written by Neil Hefti. The 1990s animated series theme was written by Danny Elfman. I can't readily find the answer to who composed the music for the 2004 animated series.
