You meant the scythe weapon class, there are 2 of them: "frozen claymore" and "vanilla ice katana." You are only able to get frozen claymore from fire war event, which is already being rare and it's probably the strongest frost element weapon for lvl 50. But you're still able to get the permanent vanilla ice katana from "Final Battle!" quest in "Fire war" storyline if you're member.
