You can find leafeon to the Western side of rt.212. 2 pkmn rangers have it (its a doubles battle). If you want to get a leafeon you can capture an evee at trophy garden or bebe can give you 1(bebe is in the house next to the Pokemon centre in Hearthome city) then you got to the rock in Eterna forest and level it up as near as possible to that rock. It will then evolve to leafeon.
