The Volvo Amazon was manufactured from 1956-1970. This were three models offered. A 4-door sedan, a 2- door sedan and a wagon. In 1959 Volvo made front seat belts as standard equipment on all cars and the first company to do so.

I believe it to be an old Volvo wagon. More specifically, I'm pretty sure it's a Volvo 145 from circa 1970. Fooled me at first because the diagonal crossbar on the grill hadn't been introduced by then.
