go to a scrap yard check if the battery has above 10v in it with a volt meter
but be sure to ask if they will take it back if it doesnt work some scrap yards will check the battery is ok for you

If you can jump start the car then the battery is not fine. Remove the battery cables and thoroughly clean them. If it still will not start check the voltage at the battery with the engine off.
