Where can you find a fire stone in Pokemon white?

In castelia city, on one of the docks .

There should be a man that will give you either a water stone, a fire stone or a leaf stone.

(he'll only give you one so carefull which)

water stone first one/top one

fire stone second one/middle one

leaf stone last one/bottom one.
