yes, there is a fuse puller that comes in the package of fuses, depends which brand you buy and where you buy them, I always just use needle nose pliars

you can always buy more, either from an auto store, but always from the dealer. The cover to the fuse box usually tells you what the fuses are and what amp they are.
Your radiator cooling fan may be defective. Have it checked buy a professional. This could lead to a harness fire if you keep putting fuses in/ Blown fuses indicate too heavy of load on wires. Get it fixed.
