The only way to get Snorunt is to transfer it from the PokeWalker. You must have Icy Mountain Road unlocked. Use the PokeRadar and there is a chance you will find Snorunt. There is a 50% percent chance it will be female. Snorunt evolves into Glalie at Level 42, but if it is a female, you can use a Dawn Stone on it to evolve it into a Froslass.
