fist talk to the ruin maniac who is located just below veilstone city. then go to solacetown and catch all the unknown from the ruins (a to z) then go and talk to the ruin maniac and in the enhanced cave you will find hippopotas and also 2 new unknowns (! and ? ). best of luck catching all the unowns!!
