You can either catch it in the Safari Zone using objects, or just migrate it from a GBA game (I migrated mine from Emerald because it's easier. Once you beat the Pokemon League in Emerald the new addition to the Safari Zone will be open, there you can catch Johto Pokemon.) :) hope that helped --Taylor
