According to the Missouri House of Representative's website, this bill "Establishes a defined contribution plan in the Missouri Public School Retirement System for any new employee who first becomes a member on or after July 1, 2013"Meaning that under this law, any new employ in Missouri's public school system on or after July 1st, 2013 will be eligible to receive this money, once he or she retires, which is set aside by the state on a yearly basis.
