J.C. Higgins is an old brand name used by Sears.
Which Model. It could be a Mossberg, Savage, Marlin, Hi-Std or Colt. You have to state the model of the Revelation.
There is no such thing as an antique JC Higgins firearm. The name was first used in 1908 and in order to be classified as an antique firearm in the US, it must have been manufactured prior to midnight, December 21, 1898. Any gunsmith should be able to find a stock to fit or you can order one from Numrich Gun Parts at the related link. You'll be looking for a Stevens stock, probably for a Model 311.
