"Lighter Than Air Road" is very close to the RAF training college at Cranwell, Lincolnshire, England.
I used to visit the telephone exchange which is in that road.
It is a reference to airships which used to be based there in the early days of aviation.
There is also an "Airship Road" close by, I believe.
