∙ 13y agoU can find SKITTY on route 116 if u are lucky. I luckily caught my SKITTY at lvl 7 on route 116. So good luck finding one! Beagleman80
It is rare but I found it easily with luck by training for the first gym and I caught it in route 116 at level 7. Have fun with your brand new Skitty!

route 222 (little girl is in dawns house)
TIP: if you have already caught skitty,use a moon stone to evolve it into delcatty
SWARM POKEMON ARE: doduo, zigzagoon, cubone, larvitar, phapy, dunsparce, snubull, spoink, drowzee, delibird, voltorb, farfetch'd, skitty, natu, makuhita, krabby, spinda, beldum, pinsir, corsola, electrike, and slakoth... this might take a while to catch all these Pokemon sooo good luck >wo

∙ 10y agoYou cannot catch Chimchar in Pokemon HeartGold. It can only be traded from a Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum game.
you have to trade it or catch it is really rare in cerulean cave

∙ 13y agoIn order to catch a Skitty on Heartgold or Soulsilver, then you have to go to Hoenn Field on the Poke Walker and get over 9000 steps before using the poke radar. Sadly, you are unable to catch a Skitty on the HG/SS games unless you have an Action Replay code to modify the Pokemon that appear.

∙ 13y agoYou can either transfer it from a Pokewalker if you have one, or transfer it from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald to Diamond/Pearl/Platinum and from there to HeartGold/SoulSilver.
