You will have to contact barrel makers or visit their web sites to see if anyone is making them or would be willing to. Jarvis makes aftermarket "Bull" barrels for the Remington 597 in .22lr, but they no longer make the .22 Magnum barrel - I bought the last one a year ago
The barrel date code is the primary method of dating a Remington. Of course, if the barrel is not the original barrel for the gun that complicates things. The Remington factory could probably date it by serial number. sales@countrygunsmith.net

There should be markings on the left side of the barrel by the proofmark like K or an E and Remington has a year chart on their website
