You can't find bound armor anywhere. The only way to get it is to buy the spells that can summon them. But, a easy solution is to buy Daedric armor. Which, is only available at level 20. But they cost a heck of a lot of gold and weigh like hell.
Or you can find doomstones that give you the bound spells (weapons and armor). All of them weigh nothing and still have as good a rating as Daedric armor and weapons.
You can also kwpp these weapons perminantly by degrading the weapons/armours health and then repairing it to 100 with repair hammer(s). Then all you have to do is drop it and when the spell has run out just pick it up. It still weighs nothing, you can enchant it still and it still has the same ratings.
You cannot buy a bound helmet in Oblivion. Bound Helmet's can be equipped to your player by casting the conjuration spell that conjures a bound helmet, or by visiting the Doomstone that conjures the helmet.
Bound Helmet's are essentially Daedric Helmets. If you reach a high enough level, you will be able to buy these helmets, or find them as rare loot.
look in all of the mages guilds and find people who will sell spells, Alberick Litte, in the Chorrol mages guild sells quite a few.
Your best bet is to buy all the bound armor spells from the Chorrol mages guild.
Get most from Chorrol mages guild and the rest from Edgars discound spells.
All you have to do is level up, (to about level 30 or higher) then go out in to the forests and the bandits might where glass armor, or even deadric once you are a high enough level.
Sorry, but I don't think stores sell armor like that. But you can find it in many places on a level of 15+.
They are in all of the cities mages guild mostly or in the ARCANE UNIVERSITY.
Daedric armor provides the best defense out of all armor types, but is a heavy armor. Glass is the best light armor.
Go to Skingrad, East gate. Enter Hammer and Tongs. You can steal all the steel and iron armor right under her nose because she won't look.
almost all armor is levveled in oblivion. the best armor available to a level 1-14 is umbras ebony armor. it is levveled, but the lower level one is between orcish and ebony. she is in a elven ruin called vindaesel south of the imperial city. she also caries one of the best swords in the game called umbra.
Upon completing the main quest line, no more oblivion gates will appear, but there IS still a way to get daedric armor. If you are at least a journeyman in Conjuration, you can use and cast all five bound armor spells. The armor is in fact a weightless version of the deadric armor. You need to damage the armor (preferrably with a self disintegrate armor spell), then repair it. Expert or higher armorers dont need to damage it first. Once repaired, the game recognizes it as normal armor, so you can drop it. Do so, wait for the spell to wear off, then pick it up. Do this with all five pieces, shields, and weapons, and you'll become a walking, weightless, daedric arsenal!
You can find Oblivion mods in the community pages of the site. They won't all be able to fix bugs but if you report it appropriately then it will be looked at.
first of all youll need to complete the main quest line and the ministrer dude will say that itll be ready in 2 weeks or something. the armory is located in the prison place in the imperial city
Buy peices from certain merchants, such as the heavy armor merchant in the imperial city market district in the shop called The Best Defense. When you are a higher level(around 15 or 20, i think), marauders should start wearing it. Go kill marauders until you get all the peices. Dwarven armor is very easy to find, although it isn't that great for defense and looks stupid.
You cannot bake in oblivion, sorry bro, but virtually all paraphernalia you find sitting around in dungeons can only be found. Not created. If you bought oblivion for the crunchy loaves, you will be sorely dissapointed.
All you have to do is this 1. Become a master at conjuration 2.Buy all the bound armor and a one handed weapon with the shield 3. then buy six reapare hammers 4. if you cant summon a monster then buy a spell to(I normally go with the scamp because its less magica) 5. then go to a inn and buy a room 6. summen your monster then any one of your bound armor curiass gauntlets ect. ect. 7. start to beat the crap out of your monster right as you summen your bound item 8. now that you killed your monster you reapare your item then complete action the drop it 9. wait until the spell wears of until you pick it up and vola you now have wheightless dadra armor
