One word is from the Word Wall in Dustman's Cairn, another is from the Word Wall in Sunderstone Gorge. The third is learned from Paarthurnax at the Throat of the World.
Unfortunately there is a glitch on the PC version whereby if you learn the first word from Paarthurnax, you might not be able to get the third from either of the World Walls.
