I haven't been able to find one online, the best you can do is to purchase a repair manual for your mustang.
I have a Mustang 1965, but I dont have the original invoice is easy to find the original dealer in order to get a copy of the invoice
The Mustang will accept any engine you can find, the largest production engine was the 427
It is in the owners manual and you can get one from MOTORLIT.COM.

In order to find a 1965 Mustang, you must look hard to find one at a good price. The best place to find one would be in the Auto Trader paper or at a high dollar auction. They are not easy to find so it will probably take some time to locate one.
