Cressilia- Full Moon Island, You will have to chase her around though.
Giritina-Turnback Cave, (go past Spring Path)
Azelf-Lake Valor (after you free it from Cyrus)
Uxie-Lake Ucuirty (after you free it from Cyrus)
Mesprit-Lake Verity (after you free it from Cyrus and you have to chase it around)
The others, you have to cheat or go to a special event.
