There are several web sites that offer good quality Star Trek posters with free delivery including Amazon, All Posters, Art, and the official Star Trek store.
I've looked, and i can't find anything.

Currently Star Trek: The Next Generation is playing on G4 TV. Online there is no 'free' sites (because of copyright issues) - there are sites that say they are free, but insert advertisements into your web browser (malware / spyware). If you mean the "Movie" 'Star Trek Generations'; you cannot watch it for free (other than at your friends house, or such) as copyright issues prevent it.
