Free boxer pups might be found at a charity animal shelter or a police pound. It is worth checking the health and temperament of the animals rather than just getting them because they are free.
a boxer should only have pupies twice every four months
Boxer pups are safe for children if bought from a reliable source. Temperaments range from dog to dog so you have to evaluate each puppy different, not really by breed.
Although it is unusual, I had a boxer that whelped 12 pups. Some died and many were under weight.
im not sure but i think up to 6 years.

Likely, no where. There is a push from animal welfare groups to charge a "rehoming fee" for even mongrel pups. Free pups are more likely to be adopted on impulse, and thus often end up abused, neglected or abandoned when the novelty wears off. Free pups are also likely to be taken in by flippers who turn around and sell the puppy for a profit. Best scenario is to find a puppy that's had shots and dewormer, and has an adoption fee to reflect the cost of the vet care the puppy has received. If you can't afford to pay for a pup that's had some vet care, you can't afford the vet care either.
