Where is the best place to find a toad?

Mainly, you can find them near dirt and if you see a burrow at the side of a shed or garage, that's were you'll probably find a toad. Rarely at pond and creeks but always check there because the mothers might be laying her egg there. Places I have found Toads are under my porch, in a burrow at the side of my shed, and wandering at night (So I say the best time to go Toad hunting is at night because they're nocturnal).

You can also find them in a pools, drains, puddles, in the woods, or under rocks, log, or leafs. They are very hard to find. I am going to try going to the bait store getting dead crickets and putting them an a tray beside my pool to attract them.
