You can't get Genesect unless you cheat. It's an event only pokemon and the event for it hasn't officially even happened yet. The same problem was presented for Diamond and Pearl with Arceus, as you needed the azure Flute to get arceus, people were impatient and dug into the coding to get the azure flute early and thus Nintendo ended up never releasing the event item. Anywhere. EVER. So sad to say, because of some hackers, Genesect may never truly be released as an event pokemon, making it so you need to cheat to get it.
