Why is the plot of the Naruto Shippuden manga no longer posted on Wikipedia?

What does Shippuden mean in English?
Shippuden is the continued part of Naruto. It takes place 2 years prior to the end of Naruto, with Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura being around 15 years old. Naruto comes back to Konoha after training with Jiraiya for 2 and a half years, Sakura becomes a skilled medic ninja by training under Tsunade and Sasuke is still the apprentice to Orochimaru. Shippuden has a whole different plot from Naruto and is very confusing if you never watched Naruto before, or if your staring the series from Shippuden.
Plot of Naruto shipudden?
Basically, long story short, Akatsuki is acting and is concentrating on retrieving all of the Tailed Beasts and reform the Ten Tails, making Madara the jinchuriki of that. Various events happen, and Akatsuki succeed in retrieving 7 of the 9 beasts. They only left out Killer Bee, the 8 tails, and Naruto, the 9 tails. Behind the scenes, however, Naruto is still trying to bring Sasuke back to Konaha. Eventually, Naruto defeats Pain, the leader of Akatsuki, but Madara Uchiha takes control. Now, the 4th Ninja War has begun. That is basically Shippuden.
Where's the Naruto plot?
the story plot is that about 3 years have past and every one as grown up from being little kids to teenegers. Naruto is now 17 and mostly everybody has become chunin besides naruto because he left with jiraiya.Out all the other Genin, Neji is the only one that has become a Jonin. The Akasuki's hunt for the tailed beast has intenseified and Garra, who is now kazekage, is first on their list. They capture garra and the village hidden in the sand calls for aid.Naruto, Sakura, and Kakashi all go to help followed by Guy Sensi's team. A battle begins with Sakura and a Sand village elder vs. Sasori, who is origionally from the sand village and is also a puppet master.

No, since, basically, the anime comes from the manga itself. -- Actually, yes, they are different. While the overall plot generally remains the same, the anime often changes certain things, be they minor details or major, to flow in the different format. Often there are characters introduced in the anime that were never present in the manga, as well as special abilities from certain characters, or even whole plots, such as the case with the frequent filler episodes. Keep in mind that the anime can often move at a very fast pace, and could easily overtake the manga. Because of this, the creators of the anime often beef up the episodes with additional flashbacks, or draw out certain scenes to make them take longer, so that they don't catch up to the manga releases. If you wanna know the plot as soon as possible, i recommend the manga. If you want more action, i recommend the show

While it is true that most fillers are to allow the manga to progress, in case of Naruto Shippuden, its mainly to milk it for what its worth, so to say. The manga is CONSIDERABLY ahead of the anime, so really they shouldn't have any reason to introduce fillers. So yea, milking it for what its worth.

Before what episode is Naruto Shippuden the movie?
None, like all other Naruto movies it has nothing to do with the plot of the anime or manga so watch it anytime you want, but I would suggest at least watching a few episodes.
Is the manga of Naruto based on Naruto shuippen?
No. The manga of Naruto is actually ahead of the anime, so Naruto Shippuden is actually based on the Naruto manga. Filler episodes/seasons are completely original, and do not have anything to do with the main plot of the manga (hence them generally having little to with the matters at hand and creating new enemies that are never referenced later). I would suggest reading the manga, but reading the America localization just seems dull due to it's numerous children-friendly cuts (the anime suffers the same way).

When do Naruto Shippuden stop?
So far, were no where near the end of the whole Narutoseries, so there's no telling when Kisimoto will stop the series. The anime [in this case] is aired after the manga is written. Whenever the anime gets too close to the manga, they make up 'filler episodes' which are basically episodes that have nothing to do with the plot, but is made to slow down the anime. The series will stop when Kisimoto has the plot resolved, which seems far from reach because the current plot with Sasuke defeating Itachi and the Akatsuki continually after Naruto, we have a long way to go.
