The best place to find schematic plans for sink taps would be a your local plumbing supply house. They have all the necessary diagrams and manuals.
You first of all have to find out what is causing the slab to heave. If you fix the slab then within a two year period you will be redoing the slab again. You may have a leak in the plumbing of the pool or a leak in the house plumbing or to the garden hose. Fix all the leaks and then replace the slab.

If you need a diagram of the entire plumbing system there should be a blue print. You'll have to contact the builder. It's also possible that the city inspectors office would have a blue print on file from when permits were applied for.

Hello: I did not know Doughboy was still selling pools, I thought they went out of business years ago. In any event, Use the same building process to build your Doughboy that would be used for any other above ground pool. Same is true for the plumbing. Doughboy still is the master of above-ground pools. You can download any instructions from their website http://www.doughboy-pools.com/ they're not easy, but with a little help from your friends you can have one hell of a party with the money you saved.
Typically you would tee into the plumbing after the pump and filter with a small hose and a valve that runs to the plumbing on the slide.
