If you are looking for basic wiring diagrams for common repairs they can be found in the Haynes or Chiltons repair manuals. If you need more specific diagrams or the ENIRE schematic you will more than likely have to find a "shop" manual (the type used by the dealer mechanics). I've found the shop manuals on eBay or you can do a web search - if unsuccessful you may have t call a dealer to see how to obtain one.
I have the Haynes manual and it has completely drawn out electrical schematics (12-23 through 12-51) It also has really good photos and diagrams on removal of most everything on the car.
