Where can you find togetic in Pokemon Diamond?

You can't find Togetic, but you can get a Togepi. Here's how:

1) You must have your Sinnoh Pokedex upgraded to the National Pokedex. You must also have the Pokeradar. The Pokeradar can be obtained by having your Sinnoh Pokedex to the National Pokedex. Then Proffesor Rowan will give it to you.

2) Go to Route 230. Use the Pokeradar. Walk in the grass until you find Togepi. If it doesn't appear, try it again.

3) Of course, catch Togepi.

4) Raise its friendship level. This can be done by feeding it poffins of its taste, feeding it stat boosting items, or carrying it around your party.

5) Level it up when it has a high friendship level. It will evolve into a Togetic.

6) Use a Shiny Stone on Togetic. A Shiny Stone can be found at the third floor of Iron Island.

7) Your Togetic will evolve into a Togekiss!
