Where can you find underwater gemstones?

Well, some are found in the ocean but they tend to wash up to the shores.This one gem that comes from an animal is found in the ocean.Its called Coral and,yes some corals have that.Coral is pretty much found and polished from the branches of the coral or skeleton (which ever one fits well).Another one would the well-known pearl that comes from oysters( or clams).I don't know if Amber is considered found in the ocean because some are found in the sea but mostly in tree's resin (not sap)I think Organic gemstones(like coral,pearls and amber) are mostly (or not) found in the ocean but that's all I know hope this helps :).
