Ugh. Ignore that idiot. You first find your rival in Cherrygrove City. Then there a couple other places that I forgot about. Next you should find him in Victory Road. I think the next time you find him is in Moon Cave then He leaves to go to Dragon's Den, behind Blackthorn City. I'm still looking for the rest :) Hope I helped ;) Happy rival hunting.
