∙ 14y agoAfter defeating all of Team Rocket, and after beating Jasmine, head east of Mahogany Town, past the guy who wouldn't let you pass before.
Search for the Ice Path, and when you find it, go in and go past the first two ice floors.
There will be a third, or the choice to go up stairs.
Go up the stairs and a man will stop you.
He will say that he has dropped something on the ice floor below.
Head down and get the item, it will be HM07 Waterfall.
Talk to the man again and he will give it to you.

∙ 14y agoHMO7 is Waterfall.To get it,You HAVE to beat Volkner,the Gym leader.If you did,go to sunyshore Cities beach and a girl called Jasmine will see you and Barry will apear.After talking to him,Jasmine will talk to you about Barry and then she should obtain the the HMO7 Waterfall.You'll need Waterfall on your way to Victory road and Pokemon League.

∙ 14y agoYou get it after you beat Whitney, go up to Route 36, just past National Park, and where the "odd tree" is once you've used the squirtbottle on it and defeated it/caught it, go to the right (east) there should be a fat man standing there, talk to him and he will give you HM06.
