To get NO$GBA go to emulator-zone.com. Look at the left side under where it says Nintendo click on nintendo ds. Go to the bottom of the page and download NO$GBA. Then go to the bottom of the page to NO$GBA 2.6a, click on NO$GBA 2.6a to start the download. To get roms, search them.
