Check that the gun is unloaded. Open the cylinder. Use a flat tipped punch in the hole in the front of the frame just below the ejector rod. Press the spring loaded link pivot pin and hold it, while sliding the cylinder assembly free of the frame.
Smith & Wesson did not make the Double-Nine. High Standard did, and it was available with two cylinders. One was a .22LR cylinder the other was chambered in .22 Magnum. sales@countrygunsmith.net
