you can get it by exploring mt.moon. head all the wayto the left ladder and use it. then you can defeat the scientist whowants both of the fossils. he is fairly easy. hte dome fossil is a kabuto, the other is a omanyte. i would recommend kabuto because he is a good water type if you chose charmander or bulbasaur as your starter. i hope it helped! ::::::: (='-'=)bunny713
