A person can obtain a free copy of the owners manual for a 1994 Mercury Villager by contacting Lincoln-Mercury. A person may also get a copy from a friend or family member.
This is a simple bolt-on installation. I'd suggest buying a manual if the procedure is not obvious.
Open the hood and look under the hood or on the radiator assembly. There you will find a placard with this info. It is also listed in your owner's manual. the gap for a 95 villager is .032
