Girl Eevees are rare. Because more than 95% of the time boy Eevees hatch instead of Girls. Out of my overall 60 Eevees, 55 are boys. But it is possible.

Mudkip can be a boy or a girl. For a boy, Mudkip is calm. For a girl, Mudkip is Timid. If you've gone to the Sky Tower, and defeated Rayquaza, you can go to the Luminous Cave and evolve. You have to get the stones to evolve Eevee. Eevee has a total of 8 Eeveelutions, including it's self. For example; For Eevee to evolve to Vaporeon, you need a Water Stone. If you want Eevee to evolve to Jolteon, you need a Thunderstone. You need a Leaf Stone to evolve Eevee into Leafeon. And so on. It's the same with Mudkip.
