a hamster-ball is a ball and in it there is hamster. see my house there will be a hamster-ball. issisabelle is my username
A human-size hamster ball works by allowing a person to climb inside and walk or run, causing the ball to roll and move with their momentum. The person's movements inside the ball shift its center of gravity, propelling it in different directions. The ball is typically made of durable, transparent material to allow for visibility while inside.
If you have a wheel in its cage then the hamster will be able to exercise by itself otherwise I would get your hamster a ball and put him in it for at least 15 minutes a day.
You should take your hamster out of its cage a few times a week, or even every day if you want to. You can put him/her in their hamster ball, a hamster playpen, or just hold them. There are a lot of ways to interact with your hamster.
