Its fairly simple. In the classifieds section in the newspaper under job listings (sometimes called General help), the news paper should have an ad stating where paper routes are needed to be filled. if they don't have an ad, check the website or call the number. Paper routes are done in the morning so it would require getting up early... Very early.
you might be able to get a job doing a paper round but apart from that i dont think you can.

The old paper boy job has gone to older teens and adults who have cars they use for delivery, and the routes are much bigger than they used to be. If you have a reliable car and do like to be doing this job in the early morning hours, call your local newspapers.
