I'm a big fan of LED lights even though they are more expensive than

CFLs because they last longer than fluorescent bulbs and don't contain

any Mercury. (So you don't have to worry about taking them some place

special to dispose of them.)

Some of the leading manufacturers for LEDs are LBL Lighting, Tech Lighting, Kichler Lighting, CSL Lighting, and Maxim Lighting and they are all carried at discount prices on Affordablelamps.com
