Once you arrive at the page you need to click the download button for the file dotNetFx35setup.exe. This link is for the .NET Framework 3.5, if another version is required simply run a search for the desired version via the search feature. Save the file to your desktop or somewhere else that you will not have any trouble locating the file. Run the installer and follow the directions. The installer will take a few minutes to download the components before installation can begin. This can take anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour depending on the speed of your Internet connection. After the installation is complete you will be able to run any application that utilizes the .NET Framework. Make sure you exit out of all other running programs before you run the installer.
