It is called Command Prompt and it comes with Windows operating systems NT through Vista.
You can access the command prompt by clicking Start/Run... , typing CMD, and then press ENTER or click the OK button.

Ha, this question is soooooo weird, but, when you installed the conduit, your files saved on the computer. You can't transfer them back, but you have them. Uninstall the conduit, and uninstall Note Pad. Then, re sync notepad without the conduit. You should be fine.
