It's a Kodiak Firearms Model 260 .22 Mag WMR. They were manufactured from 1963-66, and supposedly were also manufactured under the name of "Jefferson." It's a pretty rare rifle - I actually own one myself. Mine is fitted with a scope, but I highly doubt it came with the rifle. I personally haven't been able to find out much information about this rifle other than what I already know.
