Most of the colleges in Maharashtra except VJTi have 15% seats reserved for AIEEE scores so one can get admission easlily based on these scores in Mumbai or Maharashtra

No. AIEEE score will not be considered in VJTI. Only MHT-CET score is required to get admission in VJTI. And the score should be more than 100 out of 200 to get admission.
