you get all the secret eggs, then the ice key, get a transfer pack for the n64, transfer them to banjo tooie, then start a game on banjo tooie with them transfered. (i dont know why)
If you get all 90 jiggies, you get a short video on the start up screen.

Stop 'N' Swop was a feature that was supposed be (but wasn't) in Rare's Banjo-Kazooie N64 games. (The XBLA versions have included it though.) It was mean't to transfer some specific secrets from Banjo-Kazooie to Banjo-Tooie. To do this you would've had to pause 'Kazooie and (very) quickly swop 'Kazooie for 'Tooie, thus transfering your secrets.
Banjo-Tooie happened in 360.

Nope. Once you collect the notes in Banjo-Tooie, you don't have to recollect them when you leave a level. One of Banjo-Tooie's many pros. :)

The xbox 360 lacks in platformer-style games. The closest game is likely Mirror's Edge. Also, available on Live are two well done, classic 3D platformers originally created for the N64: Banjo Kazooie, and Banjo Tooie.
