go to 3roms.com and click on Emulators then select the DS one after u download the emulator look in the roms section then click on the "P" button (without the qotes or how Eva u spell it) and look for Pokemon ranger but there are HEAPS more games (obviously) and plus u can get free action replay with it
visual boy advanced is only for gameboy games, for any kind of nintendo ds games you need to download another emulator.
check the settings of the emulator, there might be a setting for that, otherwise you'll have to buy the game.
