Where can you get effects for the Vista version of Windows Movie Maker?

You can download free Windows Movie Maker effects from rehanfx.org, but they were specifically designed for Windows XP (not newer versions of the program) so they may not work too well on Vista operating systems if you can get them to work at all.
I have however, found a site that offers various effects and transitions that will work (if you follow the installation instructions correctly). You can download them from the URL posted below:
