On your computer, go to wonder mail generator and pick the one with mystery dungeon 1(Blue, red rescue team), or dungeon2 which is for explorers of time, darkness, and sky. once your there pick a job outlaw or item deliver or something then pick gallade as your client and some other Pokemon if you are doing outlaw jobs. then there should be a box there for rewards and one of them says join team i think and generate wonder mail, then put the wonder mail code in your wonder mail password in your ds, then you get the job. do that job and a gallade will join your team.
But the bad thing is, that gallade starts from lv. 1 and you have to train it alot.
easier way you can do that is create more wonder mails that contain joy seed(raises lv by 1)then do the job, collect all and you should be able to level your gallade easier.
