Loom Bands are available in most toy shops (such as the entertainer) and lots of craft stores (such as The Works). You can also get them online from sellers on websites such as Ebay and Amazon.
Some of the best places to buy Rainbow Loom bracelets are at yard sales and fund-raising sales at schools and churches, where clubs or youth groups might produce many bracelets to raise money for special causes. Rainbow loom bracelets also are available on Etsy and Ebay (see links attached below.)

Don't know what you mean, but you need rainbow loom to make bracelets
The Rainbow Loom was created because the inventor, Cheong Choon Ng, saw his daughter's making friendship bracelets with rubber bands. He had an idea of making a loom that could be used to make more complex bracelets more easily.
You can make different rings, charms, bracelets, anklets, necklaces, backpack tags (no name unless you use Alpha Loom), things to put on hair ties (I prefer putting them on bobby pins to make cute hair pins), pencil toppers and so many other things.
well yes you can I make them with hair bands and other bands
There is no such thing as Tanka bracelet. You must have gotten the name wrong. Sorry!
You canbuy a Rainbow loom kit at the following.....Aarons Brothers. Target, Walmart, and Toys R Us. I belive there are more too. :)
Loom bands are rubber bands which you link and loop together to create bracelets, charms and figures. Rainbow loom boards are available for people who want to create different bracelets (from the standard 'chain'). They come in a range of different colours and patterns, kids from a wide variety of ages love playing and creating different things with these easy bands. The bands themselves are very cheap, but expensive loom board and hooks are available.
