AnswerJust about every state will allow a 16-year-old to marry *if they have parental consent* There is no state that will allow a 16-year-old to get married without parental consent or special circumstances/court approval.

∙ 11y agoTeen marriage laws state by state can be found in the link below. Some allow with parental consent, others don't allow below 16. But with all you need parental consent and/or the courts permission if you are below 18. And it better be for good reasons, a pregnancy is it rarely.
