Well... If you chose custom setup and didn't put a checkmark next to AIY. Then you can't really get it. I'm sure you can find it on YouTube.
EDIT: If you are really desperate to get it in the game, then copy all of your save data files and mech design files (I belive these are the Pilots and configs files) to a separate folder in my documents, then reinstalling the game with AIY checked and then replacing the Pilot and Configs files to the Mechwarrior 3 folder.
